Md. Rafiqul Islam is currently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Islamic University, Bangladesh. He had served as that department's previous chairman. In the very beginning of his career, he started his journey as a lecturer of marketing at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). He completed his BBA and MBA degrees from the Department of Marketing at the University of Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He is a committed and highly motivated educator with eleven years of experience overseeing university-level academic institutions and teaching a variety of students in marketing, tourism, and business disciplines. His effective and constructive teaching methods foster an outcome-based teaching-learning environment, inspiring students to reach their highest potential. He authored Seven (7) articles in top-tier national and international journals during his teaching and research career. He is especially interested in community-based tourism, sustainable tourism, tourist behavior, and nature-based tourism. Additionally, he is focusing on Bangladesh's framework for developing community-based tourism. He is currently looking for a suitable academic and research opportunity at internationally renowned universities in order to serve the globe, its people, and the planet.

Md. Yeamin Masum is currently working as a Lecturer in the department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Islamic University in Kushtia, Bangladesh. He has almost four (4) years of combined teaching and research experience at the university level. He obtained both his MBA and BBA degrees from the Department of Management at Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. Notably, during his BBA, he secured the first position, securing CGPA of 3.80 out of 4.00.
