The Directors of Accounts shall be responsible for administration of the funds of the University under the supervision of the Treasurer and shall perform such other functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Ordinances or as may be assigned to him by the Vice-Chancellor.

The Director of Accounts shall be the Secretary of the Finance Committee.
